We specialize in manufacturing zirconia-based sintered components for steel casting applications. Our need to sinter ceramic products at 1650°C led us to search for high-quality, high-temperature furnaces in India. When we couldn't find the desired quality, longevity, uniform heat distribution, and exceptional service in the Indian market, we made a strategic decision to start our own furnace manufacturing in 2021 for our internal use. Through continuous research and valuable experience, we're now launching our High Temperature Furnace Division to serve clients seeking high-quality furnaces.

Use of best quality electrical and refractory components to assure smooth running of furnace for long life
Multilayer insulation of refractory bricks and boards to ensure the skin temperature < 60^°C
Readily availability of refractory and electrical spares including heating element
Use of micro-processor based Digital PID Temperature Controller / Programmer
Use of Pt/Rh calibrated Thermocouple (Type ‘B’) in pure Alumina Sheath to ensure a temperature accuracy of ± 1^°C
Use of high quality MoSi2 1800 or 1900 grade heating elements vertically suspended directly radiating on both sides of the heating cavity to derive symmetrical heat distribution
Fiber wool sealing in the door for least heat leakage
